I have tried the capsules and powder. At first I was doubtful because the capsules didn’t help me as I first anticipated but the Black powder changed my mind totally. I'm taking Blackstuff for more than 1 year now. It completely helped me to transform my gut, hormonal, and skin issues. I will definately continue to take it. I have tried many different supplements in my life to support my digestion and I can say with confidence that for me Black Stuff is the most effective of them all. I have a very positive experience with Black Stuff. I have to admit that when my doctor recommended it, I was still very, very skeptical. Namely, the child has been wrestling with a lot of intestinal blockages for over a year (the doctors had a different opinion about what they could be and why). We've had them frozen countless times, but each time they just seemed to keep coming back.
